Official Documentation & Visa Roadmap (L.No. 3369)
Submit your Passport Copy, O/L Certificates, and professional credentials for initial vetting.
Participate in the mandatory medical test upon confirmation from Europe Transition Limited.
Submit your official medical clearance certificate to proceed to the interview phase.
A self-introduction recording and live interview via Zoom with the Lithuanian employer or transition team.
Payment of employment contract registration fees and signing the formal Letter of Authority.
Submission to the Migration Department in Lithuania for the Work Permission grant.
Submitting your passport and providing fingerprints at VFS Global, Colombo-08.
Official Government PathwayCollecting your stamped passport, settling the final balance, and receiving your departure orientation.
⚠️ Important Visa Information
The employment contract is initially for 2 years on a renewable basis.
Selected workers will receive a National Lithuanian Visa (D-Type) specifically for work purposes.
Please note: This specific work category does not fall under the Schengen tourist visa regulations.

📑 Documentation Before Interview
Before attending the interview, you must prepare the following:

- ✅ **3-4 min self-introduction video**
- ✅ **Updated CV + White background photo**
📝 After Selection from Interview
Once selected, additional documents are required:
- ✅ **Romania CV format** (We will provide it)
- ✅ **Police Report / Clearance** (Certified by Foreign Ministry)
- ✅ **Document Translation Fee**
🛂 Work Permit Process
After submitting all documents, we will obtain your **work permit within 4 months**.
